How can I attend CISAK?
You can attend CISAK as:
Presenter: You can already start submitting your extended abstract (more information in the CISAK Conference page)
Exhibitor: If you have a project (art, new product, anything physical) which you would like to show during the conference, you can contact us to apply for an exhibition space for your project.
Participant: Everyone can attend CISAK as a participant by registering and paying a participation fee. Registration date will published soon.

How many authors are allowed in the Call For Extended Abstract submission?
There is no limit to how many authors can be included in one paper. However, the best practice would be to include no more than 5 authors.

My paper has more than one author – do all authors have to register in the Call For Extended Abstract submission?
No. Only one author is required to register.
However, anyone who attends the conference is required to pay a registration. If an accepted paper has more than one author, and more than one of those authors will attend the conference, then each author who attends the conference must pay a registration.

My extended abstract was accepted – now what happens?
Once your extended abstract is accepted, you will prepare and submit final manuscript files to the committee at the given time. There will be a format file of paper for your writing. All the papers should follow that guidance.

During the time of paper submission, you need to register to the conference as well. Anyone who attends the conference, whether the one who submit an extended abstract or the peer authors in the paper, is required to register.

After you submit your final files to the committee, your CONTACT AUTHOR should monitor email for messages from the committee: either that the files were approved, or that the files require format corrections.

After I submit my paper and some formatting mistakes are found, is it still possible to revise it?
Yes, after the committee completes the format checking, author will be notified and will be requested to revise the paper.

My paper was accepted; what happens if I don’t register?
If none of the authors of your paper have completed a paid registration by the author registration deadline, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

I registered, but I can’t attend the conference – may I have a refund?
No cancellations or refunds will be given, but a registered individual may transfer their registration to either their self for CISAK 2017, or to another person. In either case, the registered individual must make the request for the transfer to Registration Support prior to the start of the conference. A registration is for one person, and may not be shared among individuals.

Where and when will the proceedings be issued?
The CISAK 2017 conference proceedings are available in the CISAK site and will be published one month after the conference or after the review and revision process of all the papers finished.

Does CISAK provide invitation letters for visa purposes?
The CISAK does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. You can check here. We strongly suggest to all accepted authors to issue holiday (short-visit) visa without CISAK support. Issuing holiday visa is easier than issuing conference-related visa.
